Radiobush PAX AUS/Gamescom Asia Trade Promotion Lottery – Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

• The trade promotion lottery is organized by Radiobush (referred to as “the Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

• This trade promotion lottery is open to any attendees of PAX Australia 2024 and Gamescom Asia 2024 (entry to events is at attendees own cost).
• Participants must be 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enter.
• Family members of the Organiser and employees of the Organizer and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants who remove posts before the date of the prize draw, will be rendered ineligible.

3. How to Enter

• To enter this trade promotion lottery, participants must visit the Lighthaze World booth at either PAX Australia 2024 or Gamescom Asia 2024.
• Participants must take a picture or video of the Lighthaze World booth and post it publicly on YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, or TikTok.
• Posts must tag @radiobush and either @paxaus ((for PAX Australia attendees)YouTube is @PAXAustraliaOfficial) or @gamescomasia (for Gamescom Asia attendees).
• By posting a video or picture with the required tags, participants automatically consent to these terms and conditions.
• Each post counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each post is unique.

4. Entry Period

• The trade promotion lottery is open from 9:00 AM (GMT+8) Friday, 11^th October 2024 to 11:59 PM am (EST) October 11^th 2024, 2024 to 11:59 PM (GMT+8), Wednesday 23^rd October, 2024.
• All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on October 23rd, 2024.

5. Prizes

• There is one Xbox controller available to be won. The winner will receive one (1) Xbox controller.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Prize Draw

• All handles of eligible entrants will be added to an electronic list, and a random number generator will be used to select the winners.
• The winner will be drawn on Thursday, 24^th October, 2024.
• Winner will be contacted via the platform they used to submit their entry (X, Instagram, or TikTok).
• Winner have 5 days from the day of the draw to respond to the Organiser and claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize by 11:59 PM (GMT + 8) Wednesday, 30^th October, 2024, the Organiser will redraw. 

7. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be publicly announced on Radiobush’s social media channels.

8. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, or not submitted due to technical issues.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection

• Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the trade promotion lottery and contacting the winners. Data will not be shared with third parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By posting a picture or video with the required tags, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. Organizer’s Rights

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the trade promotion lottery at any time without prior notice.
